The People

After near brawls, band breaks, a pandemic and rehab, People Under the Stars emerge from chaos with their eponymous debut concept album, chronicling the relationship between 2 people and their own inner condition.

Influenced by everything from Little Richard to Third Eye Blind, the record is a sonic trip through rock and roll time on a 12:45 red-eye to the surface of the sun, with a glass of Sauvignon, a little middle finger, and a pretty face. With lighter, quirky moments interspersed with darker, deeper themes, the album is, of course, like people. We’re all just trying to find our way, find ourselves, in the same place, on the same planet, in the same galaxy. This album is just another unique perspective to hear and see it from.
